You may not link directly to any media file on our server.
You should not attempt to claim any Materials as your own work.
By purchasing a license on this Website, you agree to the following usage restrictions based on the license tier selected:

PREMIUM STEMS ($99.99): MP3 + WAV + STEMS. Distribute up to 10,000 copies. 500,000 Online Audio Streams. 1 Music Video (Monetized on YouTube). Radio Broadcasting (2 Stations). No voice tag.
UNLIMITED LICENSE ($149.99): MP3 + WAV + STEMS. Unlimited Distribution & Streams. 1 Music Video (Monetized on YouTube). For-Profit Live Performances. Radio Broadcasting (2 Stations).
FULL MONETIZATION + SYNC ($249.99): MP3 + WAV + STEMS. Full Commercial Use (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.). Unlimited Distribution, Streams, and Music Videos. SYNC Rights for YouTube, Apps, Games.
EXCLUSIVE LICENSE ($799.99): MP3 + WAV + STEMS. Full Ownership/Unlimited Use as per Exclusive Contract. Removed from sale permanently.
All musical compositions are original works produced by Grigor Simonyan.
STRICT PROHIBITION: Licensees of non-exclusive beats (Premium WAV, Premium Stems, Unlimited, Full Monetization) are EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED from registering any “New Song” created with our beats in any Content Identification System (such as Identifyy, TuneCore, or CDBaby Content ID). This is to protect all artists using the same instrumental.
All sales are final. Since our products are digital audio files delivered via email or download link, we do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete.

No refund will be given if a user violates these Terms or any relevant License Agreement.
